30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
Request authorization

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Contact us with the issue and available supporting details. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent claims for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods. We cover return shipping where the issue results from our error, damage or a defect.
Return shipping and fees
Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need assistance. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under applicable law.
