Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. No expedited service is offered.

Processing and transit

Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order cutoff

Our daily cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays begin handling on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
